Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online.
Returns
We hope that you are happy with your Manekibook products, but if you want to return something, follow the instructions below:
1. Email us, and we will reply with our returns address label;
2. Attach the label to the front of the package;
3. Send it back to us within 14 days of your delivery;
4. Once we have it back, we will let you know and process your refund or store credit.
Please note that we are not able to refund shipping costs. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility. If your products are post-stamped outside the 30 day return window, we reserve the right to offer you store credit.
